  • Q How long will the delivery take from China to us？

    Before delivery time ,could you please provide more information?                                                                                          
    1.Which craft you need？The time of cold rolled tubes may be longer than cold drawn tubes.
    2.It also depends on your quality. The MOQ is 1 ton.One container , the delivery time is around 25 working days.
    3.And the shipping time may be takes （） days without special situation. It is just for reference

  • Q Can I return or exchange pipes if there are some unqualified products

    1.Sorry, we cant provide this service.Before production, please provide details information . And before you place an order,we will send sample to test                                                                                                                                                  
    2.Through testing , we will arrange the production . Quality control department will test pipe random while the goods be finished. Or we can send random small pieces to test again
    3.Our rate of finished products is over 95% and some size are more higher 
    4.We will send more as compensation if  the quantity is beyond the rate of finished products in next order.
