Full Automatic Production Equipment For Seamless Steel Pipes

Our company RAYMOND Steel Tubes are founded in 2002. There are more than 15years manufacture experience of making seamless steel pipes. We started through the three cold rolled machines and now we have more than 40 sets machines of both cold rolled and cold drawn machines. We are keeping in developing every year. We increase another 4 sets of full automatic production equipment this year.

This new automatic production equipment will take us too much advantages.

• Deal with the problem of tight market. As most plants are closed by the environment the raw steel factory can’t supply enough output. The raw material price is going up one time more than at the beginning of this year. So demand exceeds supply is obvious.

• As the aging problem become more and more serious in China. Less people would like to choose the job of operation worker with dirty and noisy. So full automatic production is trend for most of Chinese companies if they need employ less people to complete more massive and heavy work. Our new machines are able to realize one worker to control 4 units machines meanwhile. It must increase four times efficient more than before.

• The new machine is highly precision and easily to control the quality anyway.

We are looking forward to catch up the world factory’s level like as industry 4.0 in Germany.
