Tips:Bright precision steel pipe processing method:
1. Deep processing: it is easy to produce friction heat. Therefore, at the end of molding, high pressure, high heat and precision light pipe should be used to remove the oil attached to the surface.
Smooth precision seamless pipe welding: steel welding bars such as rust, oil, water, paint should be removed before welding. The spot welding time is shorter than the carbon steel spot welding distance. After welding, the surface is treated or cleaned to prevent local corrosion or strength degradation.
2. Cutting punching: as the bright precision seamless tube is generally stronger than the material, stamping and shear require higher pressure, and the knife-blade gap is not accurate, and shear failure and working hardening cannot occur. Plasma or laser cutting is preferred when gas cutting or cutting, grinding in thermal affected areas and necessary heat treatment.
